African Peanut Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup oil
    2 onions, chopped
    2 -4 garlic cloves, chopped
    5 tomatoes, chopped
    3 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 -2 vegetable bouillon cube
    1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    In a skillet heat oil, onions, and garlic for about 2-4 minutes.
    Add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 8-10 more minutes.
    Serve hot over rice.
