1/4 cup 1% low-fat chocolate milk
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 banana
ice
Preparation

In a magic bullet add all ingredients except milks, fill remaining cup space with crushed ice and pour milks over the top, blend untill smooth!
