Bread Machine Sage-Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons shortening
    1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup bread flour
    1/4 cup cornmeal
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon dried sage, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon active dry yeast or 1 teaspoon bread machine yeast
Preparation
    Add all of the ingredients to a bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
    Bake the bread using the wheat, regular, or white setting.
