Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup cooked mashed pinto beans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar, then blend in the milk, vanilla and butter.
Combine the flour, salt and baking powder and stir into the egg mixture till well blended.
Blend in the beans and turn into pieshell.
Bake at 350 degrees till firm.
