Coconut Macaroons For Pesach Or Any Time - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 packets vanilla sugar
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons potato starch
    2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites& lemon juice till frothy.
    Gradually add sugar& vanilla sugar& beat till stiff.
    Carefully fold in honey, potato starch& coconut.
    Drop from tablespoon onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes till edges are light brown.
