Ingredients

1/2 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup horseradish
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Preparation

Mix the dry mustard and brown sugar.
Stir in oil, horseradish and vinegar until smooth.
Spoon into small jars; cover tightly. Keeps for months.
