Cheesy Chicken Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 cup chicken broth
    3/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, Mexican blend, divided
    2 (20 ounce) packages refrigerated shredded hash browns
    1 lb cooked shredded chicken
    1 cup crushed Ritz cracker
    2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. In a large bowl mix together soups, sour cream, chicken broth, & pepper, until we'll combine. Stir in 1 cup of cheese, hash browns, and chicken. Place in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13'' pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
    In a small mixing bowl mix together crackers and butter. Sprinkle over hash brown mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
