Fresh Herb Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 1/2 cup fresh dill or 1/2 cup cilantro leaf, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, Dijon, salt and pepper until mixed.
    In a steady stream, whisk in oil until blended.
    Whisk in herbs.
    Refrigerate up to 1 day.
