Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 tablespoon margarine
    1/4 cup skim milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil cauliflower until soft, about 20 minutes.
    Drain water and place cauliflower in a food processor. Add margarine, skim milk, and salt and pepper. Process until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
