Baked Crab Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup chopped onion (sauteed)
1 lb crabmeat
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 egg whites (Stiff)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Preparation

Fold mixture together and put into baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers and/or miniature bread slices.
