Healthy Raisin Coconut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup wheat bran
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 large ripe bananas, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/3 cup sweetened coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F and line 12-15 muffin cups with liners.
    Mix the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon batter into muffin cups.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
