Apricot Berry Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup sliced strawberry (frozen if you like)
    5 apricot halves (from a can or tin with juice reserved)
    3/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1 tablespoon apricot nectar (reserved from the can)
    1 tablespoon flax seed meal
    1/4 cup cold water
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in blender and mix well. Add water til you get the desired consistency. Taste and add a bit more apricot nectar if it's not sweet enough for you!
