Tomato Jelly Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups tomato juice
    1 tablespoon caster sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons gelatin, soaked in 1/4 cup cold water
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 cup tomato juice with sugar, salt and bay leaf. Add soaked gelatine - stir until gelatine is dissolved. Add rest of the tomato juice, vinegar and lemon juice. Place in mould and chill. Before it hardens, you can add canned shrimps; sliced hard-boiled egg, or vegetables of your choice.
