Jiffy Mix Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Jiffy baking mix
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
5 tablespoons shortening
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix vigorously until well blended.
Drop by tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 F for 8 - 10 minutes.
