1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups lightly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (225 g) package chipits reese peanut butter chips
Preparation

Beat butter with sugar and eggs using a wooden spoon or fork until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop from a tablespoon measure onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
