My Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinless chicken breasts
    1 egg
    1 cup cornstarch
    1 cup oil
    Sauce
    3 cups sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup soy sauce
Preparation
    Dip chicken in beaten egg, then cornstarch, fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Mix sauce well and pour over chicken and bake for 2 hours at 325*.
