Pork Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork liver, ground
    1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground pork (not too lean)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Place in a loaf pan and bake 325 degrees for 2 hours or less.
    Let cool in pan.
    This freezes well.
