Scd Gluten Free Sultana Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    140 g butter
    1/2 cup yogurt
    4 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2/3 cup honey
    1/2 cup sultana
    1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    4 cups almond meal
Preparation
    Heat oven to 180 C (350 F).
    Using a hand held blender, thoroughly mix together all ingredients other than fruit.
    Gently fold in fruit.
    Drop batter into muffin cases. Bake for 15 minutes. When done the edges will be a little brown and the knife inserted into them will come out clean.
