Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can salmon, bones removed
    1/2 cup minced onion
    1 egg
    1/2 cup flour
    1 tablespoon Italian breadcrumbs
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well.
    Shape into 4 patties.
    Heat oil in 12 inch skillet.
    Brown patties on each side over med-hi heat.
    Reduce heat to low and cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
