Fiery Apricot Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) jar apricot jam
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation

In medium saucepan, warm jam until melted, about 2 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, 5 minutes. Let cool before using as a marinade.
