Hot Lobster Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) can lobsters
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    3 tablespoons sherry wine
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    toast rounds or cracker
Preparation
    Drain lobster. Mince meat very fine or grind. Add seasonings, sherry and mayonnaise. Pile mixture on small rounds of toast or crackers and place under broiler until sauce bubbles.
