Broccoli Pasta Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

170 g dried macaroni
300 g broccoli, in small florets
25 g flour
25 g margarine spread
200 g skim milk
50 g low-fat cheese
300 g cottage cheese
70 g freshly made breadcrumbs
Preparation

Boil the broccoli and dried pasta in the same pan as per the pasta instructions. Use the sunflower spread flour and milk to make a white sauce and add 20g of the cheese and mix until melted and the cottage cheese and mix again. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli and the sauce to a oven proof dish and stir to cover all of it. Mix the remaining cheese and the bread crumbs and cover the top with them, grill for 5 mins until browned.
