Saucy Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb chicken breast, boneless
    1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    4 cups Birds Eye Seven Vegetable Stir Fry (or any preferred stir-fry mix)
    1 (12 ounce) jar chicken gravy (Heinz)
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 dash pepper
    2 cups white rice, cooked (brown can be substituted)
Preparation
    Heat sesame oil in large skillet.
    Start cooking rice according to directions on package.
    Stir-fry meat and ginger in skillet, remove.
    Stir fry vegetables in oil (add more if required) until tender-crisp.
    Return meat to skilled, mix with vegetables, gravy, soy sauce, and pepper.
    Serve meat/vegetable mix onver rice.
