Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Preparation

preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
mix together dry ingredients.
cut softened butter evenly into dry ingredients.
cut butter in evenly.
add milk.
roll out dough.
fold in half.
roll dough out again.
stamp round biscuits with a cup.
bake on an un-greased baking sheet (air bake works well) for 10-12 minutes.
