Luscious Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry (1/2 of 17.3 ounce package)
    1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla jello instant pudding and pie filling
    1 cup cold milk
    1/2 cup whipped topping (thawed)
    1 square bakers semisweet chocolate
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface, and roll into a 10 inch square.
    Cut into 9 circles with a 3 inch cookie cutter.
    Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire racks, and cool completely.
    Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl with whisk for 2 minutes.
    Stir in whipped topping, and refriderate for 15 minutes.
    Melt chocolate as directed on package.
    Split pastry rounds, and fill with pudding mixture.
    Drizzle with chocolate.
