Ingredients
    1 lb duck, Ground Meat
    2 tablespoons onions, Finely Chopped
    1/2 teaspoon ground sage
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon marjoram
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    In deep bowl combine all ingredients until well blended. Mixture can be shaped in 2 ways.
    Shape into 24 large marble-sized balls. Freeze. Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, at 325\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes.
    OR Shape into 8 1/4 cup patties. Freeze. Bake unthawed, starting out in cold oven, at 325\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4, 2 patties each.
