Double Chocolate Zucchini Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup grated zucchini
    1 cup brown sugar (packed)
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, brown sugar, baking soda and margarine.
    Mix egg and vanilla into zucchini mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill dough 1 hour in the refridgerator.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes --
    Do not overbake, these will be soft to the touch but, will firm after sitting.
