Indian Spiced Roasted Nuts - cooking recipe

1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon canola oil
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 dash fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup blanched almond
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup hazelnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH for 30 seconds; stir until blended. Add nuts to sugar mixture; toss to coat.
Spread nuts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
