Banana, Peach And Passionfruit Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup skim milk
    200 g low-fat sugar-free peach mango yogurt
    2 small bananas
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 passion fruit
    1 dash nutmeg
Preparation
    combine the milk, yoghurt, banana and honey and passionfruit in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick.
    Pour into a long serving glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
