Texas "Mop Sauce" Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup water
    1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
    1 cup tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
    6 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    6 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    In medium saucepan bring water to a boil; stir in coffee granules.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve immediately or pour into covered container after cooled.
    Keep in fridge for up to 7 days.
    Makes 4 Cups.
