Beef & Kidney Bean Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

300 g lean beef steaks
2 green onions
1 red bell pepper
1/3 can kidney bean
1/4 cup salsa, rojo
2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
salt
Preparation

slice meat into thin strips.
slice onions.
slice bell pepper.
Heat oil in non stick skillet.
add meat and vegetables and fry until the meat is light brown.
add remaining ingredients.
simmer 10 minutes or until done.
spoon into 2 flour tortillas.
