Monkey Bread New Hungarian Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons yeast
    1/4 cup lukewarm water
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 egg
    1/4 cup shortening
    4 cups flour
    dipping sauce
    1/2 cup butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation
    proof yeast with lukewarm water and 1/4 cup sugar
    add egg beaten
    flour and salt together.
    add melted and cooled shortening
    knead dough for 5 minutes
    place in greased bowl in warm place
    raise til doubled.
    punch down let raise agian
    have topping ready
    pinch off dough size of walnut
    dip in butter then in sugar mixture
    drop in well greased angel food cake pan in layers
    let rise again
    bake 375 for 30 minutes im guessing no time given.
