Seafood Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups cornmeal
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup milk
    1 large chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 - 1 cup cooking oil
    1/2 large chopped bell pepper
    1/2 garlic clove
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream-style corn
    8 ounces grated cheese
    green onion
    jalapeno pepper (optional)
    creole seasoning
    shrimp (as much or as little as you like) or crabmeat (as much or as little as you like)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan.
