Ingredients
    1 cup brown rice, cooked
    1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons salsa, I prefer mild
    1 tablespoon Braggs liquid aminos, to taste (soy sauce works, too)
Preparation
    Heat the butter or oil in a skillet.
    Add the rice, stir fry it for a time.
    Remove, put in a bowl add the rest of the ingredients, toss and devour!
