Incredibly Easy Lemon Curd, Ecuadorean Style. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
    3 egg yolks
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1 cup water
    1 lemon, zest of
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Preparation
    Mix the cornstarch in the water.
    Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
    Pour from the blender into a saucepan and cook over low heat until it thickens.
