Pepperoncini Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs boneless pork roast
    1 cup minced pepperoncini pepper
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
    1/8 teaspoon dried mustard
    3 3 cups spinach or 3 cups asparagus, steamed
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except green vegetable in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Serve with steamed vegetable.
