Wedding Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
    3 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix thawed hashbrowns, cheddar cheese and onion in a large bowl.
    In a separate bowl combine milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Pour milk mixture over potatoes and mix well.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Mix cornflakes and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
