Weeknight Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (10 ounce) cans chicken
1 medium onion, shredded
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
vegetable oil or canola oil
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Mix together all ingredients.
Form into patties.
Fry over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
Drain and pat with paper towels before serving.
