Rhubarb Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Rhubarb
    4 cups rhubarb
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour, plus
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon water
    Topping
    3/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/4 cup melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix the rhubarb portion and put in dish.
    Make the crumble and put on top.
    Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
    Use a 8X8 pan.
