No-Meat Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups millet
    1 cup oats
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup mushroom, chopped
    1/4 tablespoon allspice
    1/3 tablespoon clove
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    salt & pepper
    1/4 cup sunflower oil
    1/3 cup tamari or 1/3 cup soya sauce
    1 uncooked pie crust (top & bottom)
Preparation
    Cook millet and oats.
    (Millet is cooked like rice, but using more water).
    Heat oil in a pan and saute onions and mushrooms.
    Mix cooked cereals and other ingredients.
    Place in a prepared pie crust & cover with another crust.
    Bake at 425F until golden.
