The Navajo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

swiss cheese
2 avocados
1 - 1 1/2 lb thinly sliced ham
2 vidalia onions
2 large tomatoes
1 lb fry bread
Preparation

On fry bread, spread any condiments that you desire such as mayonnaise, yellow mustard, creole mustard, etc. Slice onion, tomato and avocado and layer on top of thinly sliced ham. Swiss cheese should be last ingredient to go on, unless otherwise desired. Serve with french fries or a tossed green salad.
