Australian Lager And Spicy Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb jalapeno jack cheese, grated
1 lb yellow cheddar cheese, grated
1 plum tomato, chopped and seeded
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
4 ounces lager beer

Preparation

Melt cheese and beer in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once melted, stir in tomato and cilantro and transfer to serving dish/fondue dish.
Serve with tortillas or corn chips.
