Blueberry Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups oat bran
    1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    2 tablespoons canola oil or 2 tablespoons walnut oil
    1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add combined wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Coat bottoms only of muffin tin. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 350\u00b0F for about 15 minutes.
    Allow to sit for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    These freeze well.
