Turkey Or Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups turkey, Cooked
1 1/2 cups celery, finely diced
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
3 cups rice, cooked (white or brown)
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 cups light mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups corn flakes
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation

Cook rice according to the package directions.
Cube turkey or chicken.
Dice celery and onions.
Combine soup and mayonnaise.
Add to other ingredients.
Place in large, buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until it is heated through.
Add topping and bake an additional 1/2 hour until the casserole is golden and bubbling (TOPPING is 2 Tbsp of melted butter combined with 1 1/2 Cups of Corn Flakes).
