Northern Exposure Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup catsup
    2 tablespoons catsup
    1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
    1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
    3 slices uncooked bacon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Beat egg lightly in large bowl. Add salt, pepper, thyme, mustard, milk, celery, onion and 1/4 cup catsup.
    Add chuck and bread crumbs and mix well until thoroughly combined.
    Transfer mixture to 9 1/4-inch loaf pan.
    Spread remaining catsup over loaf and top with bacon strips.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes before slicing.
