Black Bean And Hominy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
    15 ounces hominy, rinsed and drained
    1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
    1 small yellow pepper, diced
    1/2 small red onion, diced
    1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon table salt
Preparation
    In a medium-size bowl, combine beans, hominy, tomatoes, pepper, onion, cilantro and jalapeno.
    In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, oil, cumin and salt; pour over bean mixture and toss well to combine.
    3 points per 3/4 cup serving.
