Blender Hollandaise Sauce With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    3 egg yolks
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Preparation
    Melt butter until very hot, but not browned.
    In a blender at high speed blend egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, cayenne and garlic until yolks are frothy.
    Turn blender to low speed and slowly pour in hot butter in a steady stream.
    Blend around 15 seconds until the sauce is creamy.
