Dandelion Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 quarts dandelion flowers
    3 quarts boiling water
    3 lbs sugar
    6 oranges, sliced
    2 lemons, sliced
    1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Preparation
    Pour the boiling water over the dandelion blooms and let stand for 3 days and 2 nights. Strain. To the liquid add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let the mixture stand for 3 weeks then bottle.
