Sweet Potato Fluff Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked & mashed
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup nuts
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes with margarine, sugar, eggs and evaporated milk, mix well.
Add coconut, marshmallows and nuts, blend thoroughly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
