Crock Pot Smothered Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
    3 cups cubed cooked chicken
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
    3/4 cup chicken broth
Preparation
    Place vegetables in the bottom of slow cooker.
    Top with chicken.
    Add soup and broth.
    (No need to mix).
    Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.
